WHO is IBEW 753?
The IBEW represents approximately 775,000 active members and retirees who work in a wide variety of fields, including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government.

WHAT will you do for me?
As union members, we bargain collectively with our employers over wages, benefits, and rights.
Most of us have very limited bargaining power as one person, but united as a group, we are strong.

WHY do I care?
Employers may not always act fairly due to profit-driven motives, power imbalances, and a lack of accountability, which can lead to exploitation of workers and disregard for their well-being. You work too hard to leave your future in someone else's hands.
